Playtime

Reason for title: This is basically what I looked like in secondary school but with big black rough curly hair

I don't know if I've mentioned it before or not but I'm absolutely obsessed with school uniform. It's funny because when I was in secondary school I hated it, Now every time I see school children in their cute little uniform I can't help but feel super nostalgic.

Fact: Knee-high socks are a way for life.

I'm still obsessing over this jacket my mum gave me. I can not stress how warm it is.
you can wear it with nothing under, It's that warm.

To achieve my perfect school girl look paired this plain white polo, which I actually use to wear to school.
Yep, It still fits. As you can see I haven't grown much.
yeah anyways, I paired this plain white polo with a black tube skirt from Newlook.
Alongside my cute black booties and this see-through gym bag that I actually made myself.
*pats self on the back*

I Also cropped the polo myself. It's very straight forward but if you want to know how I did it click here ~~~~
I will be showing you guys how I made my clear gym bag soon so sick around for that ;)

ME+THIS JACKET=TRUE LOVE

Funny story: One of my lashes fell into my eye whilst I was trying to pose for these pictures and my amazing cameraman got the whole thing, aha.

Anyways, Here are some similar products for those interested

                                                                        *Screaming*

Oh my! guys look at these amazing skirts I came across on the & Other Stories

website as I was looking for alternatives...

Triangle pleat skirt:

For those of you that love statement pieces that can be styled in multiple ways THIS IS THE SKIRT FOR YOU!
To some the over-sized triangle pleat in the center may seem scary but personally I think it's elegant and edgy at the same dam time!
I love how they've styled the model with a grey jumper and gloves alongside the burgundy jacket
showing that once layered up you can even rock this skirt  even in the winter. This look would be perfect for a lunch date/meeting.

Asymmetric skirt :

This asymmetric skirt is a lot less bold compared to the burgundy triangle pleat skirt.
I just love the simplicity of the design and how the laser-cut edges make it look so sharp and clean.
Again this skirt can be worn in many different ways...
For a causal look for the winter I'd pare it with a black over-sized wool turtleneck jumper, opaque tights and some black leather ankle boots.
Hair up in a tight bun and big gold hoop earrings.
For a casual look for the summer I'd pare it with an over-sized transparent white tee (with a really cute white bralette inside). I'd tuck in the front of the shirt and leave the back out just to add a bit of coolness to the outfit. And for the shoes I'd just throw on some high vamp skaters from Topshop
hair down in a simple wavy middle parting and a simple necklace (no earrings)
For an evening look I'd style this skirt with some warparound heels from Zara
(preferably in red so I could then match it with some matte red lipstick)
alongside a sheer white blouse (with a white vest top under).
If it's could then a black overcoat will fit in perfectly.
For the hair I'd again go for a middle parting but this time have it supper straight and sharp.
again a simple necklace would do and maybe wear some diamond stud earrings.
Why not also chuck in a ring or two...

I hope you guys enjoyed this post
