MENTAL HEALTH: DEALING WITH HATERS


We have all come across people that just seem to dislike us without an obvious reason and it can be very disheartening. What you always need to keep in mind is that every single person you come across is fighting their own hidden battles and it doesn't matter how happy they seem on the outside you have no clue what kind of demons they hide on the inside. Humans tend to have troubles when it comes to directing and expressing emotions and a lot of us usually bottle everything in and then one day randomly explode on somebody else. Therefore someone may dislike you because they just aren't happy with themselves.

Although it can be hard to not take matters personally especially when your mental isn't in a positive space, It is important you at least try to remind yourself  of these two key facts:

-You are not the reason to another person's anger
- Other people are not the reason behind your anger 

I say other people are not the cause of your anger because just like others can take their anger out on you you can also take your anger out on other people. When feeling any kind of negative emotion towards another person, try taking a moment and really figuring out why you feel how you feel about them and is it really their fault. Most of the time you will find that it is you that is unhappy and therefore you can't help but see negativity in others. So next time before you act or react, remember everything I just told you!
